Pranks or Legal Torture???

Hey everyone so I recently saw a video about pranks. it was supposed to be a video of 2 adult siblings a brother and sister out doing each other in fun light hearted pranks. Yet thats not what it was at all. It was the 2 of them competeing to out hurt the other. 

The first prank she poors olive oil or something slippery on the living room floor. Her brother comes through carrying a plate and mug when he slips. his plate shatters on the ground with his mug spilling the contents everywhere. He lay on the ground with his hands resting in the liquid. Now some of you might be wondering whats wrong with that? Well let me put it in perspective. What if that drink was actually hot coffee or hot chocolate and suddenly he falls spilling it all over himself and his hands resting in it burning him. I have spilled hot water on myself before so I know how much that can hurt. Thankfully his drink wasn't hot this time, but that could have ended so much worse.

Next one she is hanging up laundry or something on clothes lines outside (not sure where this is that they still use clothes lines.) when her brother comes up and knocks her to the ground thankfully she fell backwards instead of forewards because if she had fallen foreward her neck could have hit the line hurting her. 

Now some of you may still be thinking oh but these are all minor things, and i am overreacting. Am I right. Well the last one I saw was the worst. He was on the ground and had his legs around her neck choking her telling her to tap out. You could see her face turning red when she finally tapped out, and once he released her she was messaging her neck. You cannot tell me this was just a harmless prank. Just doing that much could have caused serious dammage.

I have seen so many pranks ending like this in violent "jokes" such as punching a guy down there, or someone falling down the stairs. I don't understand how this is funny. Even on americas funniest home videos most of those videos are made up of people hurting themselves.  How is mildly torturing someone funny?
